How To Book An Appointment
Our appointment lines are open from 8am every morning, however, the Appointment line is closed between 12pm to 1:30pm. For any queries please call our main line on 0208 500 9938.
Speak to a pharmacist
Your pharmacy can advise you on minor illness without the need of an appointment. Please speak to a pharmacist first.
Pharmacy & Self-Care
Pharmacists are qualified healthcare professionals who can offer clinical advice, over the counter medicines and their use, to effectively and safely manage a range of minor health concerns. They can also help you to decide whether you'll need to see a doctor. You don't need an appointment and you won't even be asked to make a purchase. Every pharmacy also has a private consultation area for you to talk about your symptoms in private if you prefer.

Urgent (Same Day)
If you have an urgent medical problem, please phone the practice and speak to a receptionist for further advice.

If you need to see a Doctor urgently on the day (Urgent meaning it is not regarding regular medication or an ongoing problem) then please call us using the number above.

Life Threatening - Go to A&E
If you or someone you know has a life-threatening condition, such as loss of consciousness, a sudden confused state, chest pain, breathing difficulties etc, you should call 999
In an EMERGENCY call 999.
Emergencies are situations that cannot be managed at home and may be life threatening
Telephone Advice
The doctors are available to answer telephone calls throughout their morning surgeries. Emergency calls will be put through to the doctor as soon as the patient's details have been taken by the receptionist.
Out of Hours
GP appointments are available every weekday evening between 6:30pm to 10:00pm and between 8:00am to 8:00pm on weekends and bank holidays.

You can also call NHS 111 which is available 24/7 on 111 or by visiting their website.
Things that may not be an emergency:
- Repeat Prescriptions (We may be able to tide you over for medication until an appointment is available)
- Queries regarding forms (e.g. for insurance, parking badges, holiday cancellation)
- Long standing problems
- Continuation Certificates (on-going illness)
- Hay Fever (Many remedies available over the counter at Pharmacies)
Choice of Clinician
Patients are registered with a named doctor at the practice, but you are free to see whichever doctor or nurse you wish. We will always try to allocate to your chosen clinician, but you may have to see another doctor or nurse when no appointments are available.
